Refund Requests

If you have a ticket to a participating event, and have purchased the optional TikCover, then provided you satisfy the criteria, you may be eligible for a refund on your ticket cost.

NOTE! TikCover is NOT a facility to guarantee a refund if you make a mistake or change your mind. It’s a safety net in the rare case that that a critical incident actually prevents you from being able to come to the event. Please don’t submit a refund request without a valid reason as it will be investigated and checked against the criteria. READ THIS PAGE BEFORE submitting a refund request.

If you believe you have a fair reason to request a refund, then fill out and submit the form below.

You may be asked to provide documentation to support your request. You’ll be contacted by one of our representatives, or the event organiser, once your request has been received and processed.

Special Note: The deadline for all refund requests is Close of Business (5 pm) Eastern Standard (or Daylight Saving) Time for Australian East Coast on the day of the event (if the event is on a weekday) or the working day prior (if the event is on a weekend or public holiday). That deadline must be for the final receipt, by us, of the request and all accompanying documentation that must be produced to support the request.
